Abigail Giblin is a Launceston based artist that uses flowers, plants and other organic materials to create ephemeral installations.
Her installations encourage viewers to engage with these materials in a new way by bringing them into foreign context, such as public spaces, festivals and galleries.
The works often utilise old, unusable objects that speak to the reclamation of nature as they are enveloped by flowers and foliage.
